Another give away!!!

I got the idea from a block I got from Grandma W. after she passed. I saw it, and immediately thought of my girls... this fits them perfectly! This time of the year holds a lot of excuses and explaining for them...
So, here's another one... same rules... leave a comment about a "Santa" memory. Link me from your blog, bonus! Brookers and Rach are the only ones who got bonuses last time...
Promise... you and Ken really need this... the two of you will have some explaining to do someday.. (wink, wink!)
Oh yeah... good luck!

I don't have many Santa's memories when I was little.
I can tell the first time Anna saw Santa she screamed. The lady taking her picture was trying to make her stop and happy beofre taking the picture. I told her. "It's not going to happen just take the picture". She did and Anna always loves to look at that picture of her screaming, she thinks it's funny.

I love this. I overheard a little boy ask his mom the other day if he's been "Santa good." I'm guessing he has some explaining to do.

One of my favorite santa memories is reading "The Santa Claus Book". It is a big hardback book that is like an encyclopdia, all about Santa. It was awesome....we would read out of it every night and I got to choose what pages we read. We have borrowed it from my mom a few times, but she always makes me give it back. I googled it today to see if I could buy it...it was $36 for a used paperback. Sheez...must be made of gold! Memories are golden...for me anyway :)

P.S. Very cute block!!

I have some explainin' to do...PMS, maybe? I love the sign. i could use it just as much as m kids! My favorite memory is my mom's story of seeing an elf on her window sill Christmas Eve when she should have been sleeping. She didn't get the doll she wanted the next morning.

I would tell you a memory about Santa, but I don't have one. I do remember being so excited for Christmas that I couldn't get to sleep until I passed out.

my favorite santa memory... even though it wasn't an actual memory of Santa but one night in december my mom and my best friend's mom would go to Mobile to find Santa... I would have to write a letter to Santa with my christmas list on it and my mom said she would give it to santa. That was the whole point of them going to Mobile. This was the story every year... I'm surprised I didn't catch on faster. :)

Every year, my siblings and I would stay up late playing games just hoping for a chance to catch a glimpse of the big guy. We never did see anything, but I'm pretty sure I heard jingle bells one time.

Hi! I'm Brooke's cousin. My favorite Santa memory is the Christmas morning we woke up to no presents under the tree. Santa left us a letter with clues to where to find our presents. :o)

Santa memory....I remember the year that Santa left our family clues around the house that eventually led to a trampoline outside! We were soooooo excited!

I have lots of Christmas memories. I love this time of year so much that I just love everything about it but one of my most memorable ones had to be when I was 8. My cat Smokey had just gotten run over by a car & I told my parents that I wanted a cat that I could keep forever. That year santa gave me a stuffed cat that looked like my departed friend. I still have it until this day.
